What do “how do I” tickets cost you?
Three numbers you know, one you guess. The result uses the same formula as the savings estimate in the Wayhint dashboard, where it is computed from what Nuri actually answered.
Your estimate
$150 a month
ticket cost avoided, $1,800 a year
- Tickets Nuri answers instead
- 30 a month (300 × 10%)
- Ticket cost avoided
- $150 a month (30 × $5.00)
- Support time saved
- 1.5 h a month, 18 h a year (30 × 3 min ÷ 60)
An estimate, not a promise. It leaves out the model cost, which the dashboard subtracts from real usage, and the plan price.
The formula
- Tickets Nuri answers instead = “how do I” tickets a month × expected deflection.
- Ticket cost avoided = those tickets × cost per ticket.
- Support time saved = those tickets × support minutes per ticket ÷ 60.
In the dashboard the first line is measured instead of guessed: deflected goals are the ones Nuri completed, that didn’t go to support and that the visitor didn’t answer “No”. The dashboard then subtracts the model cost of those steps. Not every deflected goal would have been a ticket, so it shows a floor too: only the goals visitors said helped.
About the defaults
- 10% deflection is our assumption, not a result. We have no customer numbers yet, and we don’t publish a deflection rate until we do. Set it to what you would hold us to.
- $5 per ticket and 3 minutes are the dashboard’s defaults, set low on purpose. Your fully loaded cost per ticket is likely higher; use it.
- Nothing you type here leaves your browser.
